Rosario: Help! My employer, she fell down at home, her leg is in pain!

Sharon: Okay, stay calm. Is she here now?

Rosario: Yes, the driver brought her, she is in a wheelchair outside.

Sharon: Bring her straight to the Emergency Room, through those red doors. I'll call them now so they're ready.

Rosario: Emergency room, red door, okay!

Sharon: This is reception, incoming patient, possible leg injury, elderly. Go now, they're expecting you. Do you have her ID or health insurance card?

Rosario: Yes, I have.

Sharon: Perfect, give it to the nurse there. Go, go!

Rosario: Thank you, thank you!
