Already running strong into the fall semester of 2020 at my place of work. Life is moving along without any real fuss these days in Taiwan. Here is my recent photo dump from the last few weeks.
A few outstanding events worth mentioning: My daughter can ride my TCX, this is great! We have been doing short rides in the evening, more to come with this story. Cast iron cooking is really working out for me – my latest purchase a massive Dutch oven – have tried to make bread, I am getting better – more to come with this as well. And finally – a new road will soon open from the Wuxi Bridge in Wufeng. This will connect to 14 and the views of the 99 Peaks will be amazing, once the construction is complete. More photos of the reservoir construction and landfill project in Caotun on way. And for whatever it is worth I am riding around 300km to 350km a week on the bike, nothing epic but I am getting out daily.
