You find an amazing apartment in Taipei for an unbelievably cheap price. The only problem: the apartment has one strange rule. You cannot open one particular door. Would you move in?
Ruth: The rent is basically half of everywhere else in Taipei, Michael. HALF.
Michael: There has to be a catch. Nothing this good is this cheap for no reason.
Ruth: The landlord said there's just one rule: never open the door at the end of the hallway.
Michael: ...That's not a small rule, Ruth. That's the entire plot of a horror movie.
Ruth: It's probably just storage. Old furniture, maybe some paperwork.
Michael: Then why can't we open it?
Ruth: I don't know! Maybe he's embarrassed about his stuff. Some people are private.
Michael: Some people don't ban their tenants from an entire door.
Ruth: Okay, fine, it's a little suspicious. But look at this kitchen. Look at this view.
Michael: I am looking. I am also imagining what's behind that door at 3am.
